Refund policy
We offer a 10 day return policy after receiving your item. We do NOT offer refunds under any circumstances. We ONLY offer an exchange or a credit note, valid for 3 months.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free from stains/smell, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bysara.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will inform you on the process, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In any case of a faulty item, By Sara will issue an exchange or credit note, valid for 3 months.
By Sara is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages once the item has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
